The International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) based in Brussels, is the leading organisation dedicated to the tasting, awarding and promotion of food and drink with outstanding taste. The iTQi is also the organiser of the Superior Taste Award, which are based on blinf tasting by more than 120 members of the 15 most prestigious associations of chefs and sommeliers.
For the Superior Taste Award, 1, 2 or 3-star awards are presented, which can be divided into good taste – 1 Star (70-80% points), remarkable taste – 2 stars (80-90%) and excellent taste – 3 stars (90-100%).
