To mark the 500th anniversary of the German Purity Law, we created the Waldhaus Hopfensturm Edition 1516 especially for beer lovers looking for an exceptional beer experience. However, “100% drinkability” is just as important in this edition as a distinctive, unusual taste experience. With a deliberately low original wort of 11.8 degrees Plato, 6 hot hoppings, 2 dry hoppings, fermentation with top-fermenting yeast and fine filtration, this craft beer is as excellent as all other Waldhaus beer specialities. You can expect a pleasantly full-bodied, fruity, hop-accentuated beer that tastes neither bitter nor fattening. Simply a 100 % Waldhaus craft beer!
