In the Black Forest, we are committed to our homeland and therefore to our water, our forest and our cultural heritage. We use only natural ingredients for our beer specialities and also renewable electricity, which is produced in hydropower plants and as well with our own photovoltaic system.
Since October 2017, a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 458.4 kWp has been installed on the roof of our logistics centre. Around 75% of the electricity generated there is used directly in our operations. This allows us to cover part of our electricity demand with solar power generated on site.
