Philosophy

In order to guarantee our high personal standards, we have carefully developed the Waldhaus quality management system. We only use barley malt from integrated and controlled cultivation, up to eight different flavoured natural hops per beer type, Waldhaus yeast from pure organic culture and crystal-clear brewing water from our own five springs in the southern Black Forest.  

Our brewers know: Quality takes time. And we take our time – during the intensive wort boiling process, during fermentation or during the maturation period of up to six months. It’s the small but subtle difference, that bring out the full flavour of a beer.
